Prunes Aren't Just for Your Grandparents
Many of the problems that
young working professionals face are constipation, indigestion and acid reflux.
This is because our working hours are so rigid and our work load is never
ending, giving us less time to eat our meals as we should. Ever so often, people
forego their meals just to catch up with work. In the long term, this isn't
doing us any favors.
